Trading Policies

Trade Structure: A trade will be submitted and will be sent to the seller. Once that trade is approved, each card will be sent to Card Yard to verify the trade. Once verified, Card Yard will ship out to each party.

Fee Structure: There will be a $10 a month fee to submit trade proposals. You will also need to pay for shipping to CardYard and from CardYard to the other party. There will be 2 shipping charges on the invoice, unless you would like to ship the package to CardYard with your own shipping label.

Billing: Each party will receive an invoice to cover the $10 monthly fee and the shipping charges. Once the invoices are paid, the trades will be begin. We will also send an email to confirm proper shipping addresses to each party.

Shipping: Shipping to CardYard does not need to be insured, but shipping from CardYard will always be insured. If you want to purchase your own shipping label to CardYard, please inform us of the tracking number ASAP.

Card Yard Trade Verification: Card Yard will make sure the cards are the same as what was listed and make sure the condition is as described. Cards will not be shipped out from Card Yard until a verification is performed on each card of the trade. If there is an issue with either card, the affected party will be notified and the trade may need to be modified.

Adding Cash to the Trade: If a trade needs cash added to it, this will be added into the original trade invoice and will be sent out to the separate party via PayPal or Stripe once the cards pass verification.

Communication: All communication are routed through Card Yard via email. Info@cardyard.shop

Liability: Card Yard is not responsible for issues with shipping. If there is an issue, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a resolution. Make sure you have the correct shipping address listed.
